Founded in June 2019, David Jack Associates Limited provides client focused quantity surveying services to private sector and contractor clients, providing a wide range of services based upon over 35 years in the industry.

David was a partner at Murray Montgomery Partnership from August 1994 to May 2015, at which time Murray Montgomery Partnership merged with McLeod & Aitken, David joining them as a board director, leaving in May 2019.

David has extensive experience across most industry sectors, providing cost advice and project specific procurement advice.
He was the externally appointed Cost Manager for many and varied projects at Aberdeen international Airport over a period exceeding 15 years.
David has a proven track record for completing projects within budget by use of innovative and accurate cost control methods.
David’s core values revolve around understanding the clients brief and working closely with the design team, a successful project relies on a united design team.
